OOOH, I WANT ONE: Ouija Coffee Table and Rug Set

We reached out to Tom Spina designs and got the following information:
The cost for a rug and table set is estimated to be around $2,000, which actually isn’t that bad for a set like that. I was honestly expecting more around the $3-$4,000 mark. Additionally, we’re told that the product will very much look like a “spirit board” but will not use the Milton Bradley graphics. Instead it will be something similar in nature and capturing the style of the ouija board.

How many of you have some sort of horror decor in your place? You know, that something that you have to show visitors that horror is a part of your life and you’re not ashamed of it. For me, I’ve got multiple framed posters, a VARIOUS - 2006Crystal Skull vodka that I filled with my own fake blood mixture, and several other little knick knacks here and there. But having seen this concept for a ouija coffee table and rug set, I realize that I need to step up my game!

Designed by Dave Delisle, the board is the rug and the planchette is the coffee table and if you don’t think it’s one of the coolest goddamn things you’ve ever seen, well…clearly we have different tastes.

Delisle explains, “The wooden coffee table features a glass fixture and wheels, of course. The carpet would ideally be as big as possible to help sell the illusion of an oversize game board. The one thing about the Ouija Board is that it’s a very nice design, and looks at home on the floor.”

Can you imagine if you had this set in your place and when you put your feet up on it after a long day the table suddenly started moving to try and spell something? Look, I’m not the biggest believer in the supernatural but I do think logically and my logic tells me that if a small board can summon a human-sized ghost then a coffee table and rug-sized set would be enough to summon Cthulhu. “Ïa! ïa! Cthulhu ftagn!, I guess!

Below is the concept, which sadly is not something that is made with any frequency. However, Delisle explains that you can reach out to Tom Spina Designs for a quote! I’ve already reached out to see if I can get a price range, which I’m guessing is going to be pretty much out of this world!
