FOOD: Healthy Eggs and Chips (Hangover Recipe)

We’ve all been there.  The liquid courage goes down so well the night before, but rages through your veins the morning after.  Dehydrated pounding of the skull with the stomach of an ant, we all know the risks, but care not until lying in a pool of sweat the next day.  What you eat next may be the most important meal of your life.  We here at rockandrolljunkie.com have learned from years of experience that you CANNOT fuck around with this, especially as you hit your 40s.  Even our podcast guest this week, Kyle Davis of Against The Grain, hasn’t fully grasped the utter importance of this recovery meal.  So, on occasion, we will do our part for humanity, and search out the best, tried and true hangover recipes.  We understand that these meals should never be too difficult to create, as those in need of these recovery meals haven’t the wherewithal to wield the culinary sword when in this state.  So, here’s a pretty damn easy one for ya.  We’re talking to you Kyle. – FATS
