THE FUNNY PAPERS with CUR: Harold C. Funk – Ottawa. (Part 1)

On too many occasions I’d find a stack of papers shoved in the front entrance to the building I lived in.  Photocopies of words typed by a typewriter; words of a madman.  Occasionally I’d see him walking around, putting his manifesto under windshield wipers of parked cars.  I never said anything to the guy.  Why would I?  Harold C. Funk was some of the best stuff to read in the shitter while trying to get out of work.  We’re hoping CUR has some new stuff for us real soon, but here’s the first strip we showed on the site.  Where is Harold these days? – FATS
