(Yes, the craft beer thing has really started to explode. Perhaps it’s because people are sick and tired of drinking shite beer that gives you the Green-Apple-Splatters the next day. Why would anyone pay the prices some of these festivals ask for a plastic cup of warm shitty beer? Well, if you’re lucky enough to find a festival, such as Arboretum, that believes great live music should be paired with great food and drink, then you just might get some of that amazing Beau’s All Natural beer. Crafted no too far from here, using only the best organic ingredients, and brought to your lips in a huge ass glass bottle, Beau’s has been blessing my fridge for some time now. Again, your town probably has some craft beer going around, but these “little guys” have taken a huge chunk out of the market, having their products available for purchase at our friendly neighbourhood LCBO outlets. If you’re from away, and have no idea what I’m on about, here’s a little more info from their website. Plus, the folks over there are right into the tunes and do a pile of stuff to support local arts events. That Octoberfest party they do (we’ll be talking more about that as the event comes closer) is some spectacular. So, for now, get out to Arboretum this weekend and enjoy a cold Lug Tread – that there is a beauty of a beer. – FATS)
Since 2006 Beau’s All Natural has been brewing interesting, tasty beers like our Lug Tread Lagered Ale using the best ingredients & local spring water. Our team takes pride in creating unique, wonderful and certified organic craft beer, conceived with honest consideration for the environment and our local communities, and delivered with a sense of friendly relationship. We are an award-winning, local, family-and-friends, organic, and totally DIY brewery.
Everything at Beau’s starts with a real love for craft beer. Our brew team is unrelentingly passionate about quality. We do our best to create inspired recipes that pay respect to the longstanding traditions of beer-making, and at the same time bring the drinker a truly unique experience. We are super-proud of our beer and the awards it has won, and it makes us happy to hear from people who love our beer too.
Located in the village of Vankleek Hill, Beau’s is a world-class locally brewed beer. Our beer is sold within a day’s drive of the brewery. For us, being local means being an active part of the community. We support more than 100 independent arts and music, community-building and charitable organizations every year. We believe that craft beer tastes better when you feel good about drinking it.
Beau’s All Natural Brewing is a close-knit, family-and-friends run craft brewery. We try to create real relationships with the people who buy our beer. Our brewery is open for tours 7 days a week and when we have downtime, we’re quite often hanging out in the retail store or visiting a restaurant and chatting to customers at the bar. We have a lot of fun, and we always have time for our friends.
We have embraced sustainability and strive to be environmental stewards. We are a Certified Benefit Corporation (B-Corp – http://www.bcorporation.net), and our entire line-up of beers is all natural and certified organic, meaning part of what makes our beer special is what we don’t put in it! From our 100% post-consumer posters, brochures, and coasters to our innovative enviro-friendly packaging, we approach each decision with mindfulness of its environmental impact. And we believe that all natural tastes better too.
We’re fiercely independent. Our beer and our brewery are a labor of love from start to finish, and everyone pitches in. We think the best way to get folks to like our beer is to chat with them over a pint. Our success is derived from hard work, unbridled passion and the support from customers who appreciate these qualities and a well-made beer.
